Shipping & Returns

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value, but in case you have complaints regarding the merchandise we offer a easy return policy.


You are eligible to get a full refund of money only in following cases:

1. We have shipped a wrong product.
2. There is a manufacturing defect.
3. The merchandise has been damaged during transit.


Condition of Items:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi- item pack may not be returned individually. No returns/exchanges are possible except in the situations mentioned above.


How it works:

All you need to do is to inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel by writing in to us at contact@kaahina.com and sending us an image of the concerned product. Once you have done that, simply wait for revert email from Kaahina.com authorizing the return. In this mail we will inform you of all the relevant information regarding the next steps. Once authorized by us, the product has to be returned, and should reach us within 7 working days from the authorization mail.


For returning the product:

You can courier the product to us and share the tracking details, as soon as it is couriered. (Kaahina.com will bear the cost of return, as per actual.)


Preparing the package:

Ensure all the tags, warranty cards, packaging material etc are intact.
Pack the product in a way to ensure that the reverse transit will not damage the product.
Fill up the form sent with the authorizing mail, mentioning the order number, product details, any concerns or queries, etc.
Pack the form with the product.
Mention the return address clearly.


We might ask you to share the POD, in case of the package not being traceable, to help locate the package. Kindly bear in mind that the next steps towards a refund can happen only after the package is received at the warehouse. We would reimburse the return courier charges as per actual cost incurred. To ensure that we share the same information, do send us a scanned copy of the courier receipt (without any overwriting on the amount) as soon as the package is couriered.

Have I shared my concerns within 3 days of delivery of the product?
Have I received the authorization revert mail from Kaahina.com?
Is the accompanying form fully and completely filled out?
Have I labelled my package with the correct address?
Have I kept the package ready for pick-up?
Have I ensured that I will be available at the appointed time to hand over the package to the courier?
Have I sent the courier receipt scan to Kaahina.com?
